Michael Madsen is the shit. End of story. Planet Terror is love, and Natural Born Killers is ALL your fault.

Harry/Perry is SO much love!!! Not like I...owe you anything there. Or anything.

And thanks!! I agree completely, romance movies can take a lesson from these awesome flicks.M. You make me want to write my own homages to the BAMFs in my life!

I really need to watch Thelma and Louise again! I saw it pretty young, but I remember being struck by how interesting and genuine the relationship between Jimmy and Louise was. Michael Madsen really is incredible!

Also, so much love for the Planet Terror duo. I love how El Wray gave her the push she needed to be strong and once he did she just fucking rocked the shit out of everything and became Messiah to the lost and downtrodden!

Kudos the Nat Born Killers nod. That movie was so fucked up it was hard to watch, but I really did love how genuine their feelings for each other were even amidst all the psychotic slaying.

HARRY/PERRY HARRY/PERRY HARRY/PERRY! I didn't realize you switched to ascending order for that one and I was going gasp that they weren't #1! But they are. Because really, that thing went waaay past Bromance and definitely stepped a toe or two into romance. God, I miss them!

Epic lists! It's amazing how basically all these relationships are more genuine and powerful and meaningful than 98% of romance movies. At least.Fionoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-449435543689622165.post-72945075496864897322011-02-18T21:58:08.336-08:002011-02-18T21:58:08.336-08:00Thanks! Anything that involves excessive sugar makes me happy, though.

Burn Notice is one of those I kept meaning to check out, but never got around to. Bomb making is the best foreplay!

@ Matty V.--Thanks! Guy Ritchie, in my mind at least, is really the best bromancer. That's one thing I love about him, out of many. Boring romantic subplot? Nixed. His movies deal most of the time strictly with bros and bromances,

Natural Born Killers is really the shit. Dynamite is the only good way to describe them. And the Charlie's Angels are just...well. They are what they are, and we can't help but love them for it.M. I'm more of an anti V Day kind of gal, but I have my moments. I usually watch one of these or some movie where the couple kills each other to keep myself from going into a diabetic coma with all the saccharine sweetness.

In addition to these fine pairings, I do have a favorite tv couple, Fiona and Michael from Burn Notice. You gotta love bomb making as foreplay.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04443736284850057306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-449435543689622165.post-28157046266258764532011-02-14T00:54:33.330-08:002011-02-14T00:54:33.330-08:00Tarantino is my crack.
