Fight Club Rule #6:

6. Brits always do it better, so do even try. AKA: Unless you're the first insane enough to drive a car through the North Pole, unless you try (and fail in style) to make a boat that floats, and unless you have The Stig, frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn.

  1. Two and a half bros...LMAO I know exactly what you mean. Why oh why can't we just watch the original versions of things? If they can import Doctor Who, why the eff can't they just do the same with everything else? Brits do it better bar none.

  2. I agree! I really don't understand what's so difficult with importing TV shows. We import literally everything else. But no, makes much more sense to spend a lot of money on a TV show the Brits already do better than us. Question mark?

  3. A fair point. I'm not sure if you've seen it, but there's another Brit TV show "Wire In the Blood" that was just amazing, which is reportedly up for the Americanization treatment. I hope it's good, but you know, I'm a bit skeptical since the original was so great.

  4. I haven't seen it, but just from the title I'm intrigued. I really don't understand why we can't simply import badass TV shows. Are the accents really that hard to understand? Granted, I had to subtitle Layer Cake for my parents, but...still. C'mon.
